The annual professional meeting symposium of the Pacific Rim Objective Measurement Society (PROMS) was established in 2005 to promote objective measurement around the Pacific Rim by contributing to the research and development of Rasch measurement. The symposium consist of a conference and associated workshop for the sharing of knowledge and applications of the Rasch model with the international community. The PROMS conference features leading international speakers, presentations by colleagues ang graduate students from universities and related professionals, as well as panel discussions. The Indonesia Psychometric Association (APSIMETRI) is a newly established professional organization of psychometrician and testing practioners under the auspices of the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI). Established in 2018, the association holds its mission to promote responsible testing practices while contributing to the advanccement of psychometrics theories and its application. Among its members are well respected researchers and practitioners with strong background in psychometrics. We invite you to share your works in the area of psychometrics and measurement across the human and social sciences, including psychology, education, health, and related fields with colleagues around the globe. While works related to Rasch Model and its application are greatly appreciated, works based on larger spectrum of psychometrics theory and application are greatly appreciated. Following the usual PROMS practice, selected papers will be published in PROMS Conference Proceedings in collaboration with the Springer publisher. In addition, other papers will be published at the APSIMETRI Journals.
